Developed in partnership with registered managers familiar with the day-to-day challenges of leading a care team, training sessions are designed to enable participants to consider their own leadership styles, the impact these have on their team, and how to influence and motivate teams.
Why this matters:
- The CQC expects leaders at all levels to be capable, compassionate, inclusive and credible, with the skills, knowledge, experience and integrity to deliver safe, effective, person-centred care.
- Develop leadership skills to facilitate change sensitively and successfully.
- Build an action plan to continue to develop this change in culture within your service.
Who it’s for:
- The course is aimed at managers working in adult social care services who lead and manage processes of change within their teams.
- Attendance by the same individual at all five workshops is essential to complete the course. Individual sessions cannot be booked separately.
