A little about working in our team
Our teams put people at the centre in planning their health care package and helping them to live their life well by providing choices and the support to live independently in the community.
The ambition is to help people to be happy, healthy and at home.
All services specialise in care for people with different physical and mental health needs and are staffed by Health & Social Care qualified staff.
- We provide Day Care support in-house that adheres to an enabling culture based around supporting independent living. The services are culturally sensitive and respect people’s cultural and diverse needs. All the establishments have disabled access.
- We deliver five Extra Care schemes across the Bradford district in partnership with varying Housing Associations.
- We offer Extra Care Housing which supports the needs of those who may no longer be able to live independently within their present home.
